BT LUXE Return Policy-
For online purchases, please contact us at the email below and proceed with the following terms for a refund.
We will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund when accompanied by the original invoice/ proof of purchase.

Returned merchandise must be ppacked securely and include the original custom BThunder Shippers box, Premium BThunder storage box with handles, custom dust-proof storage cinch bag and any attachments on the handbag handle. If you are returning an adjustable handbag shoulder strap, or a leathercraft bracelet, the merchandise must be returned in the original premium BThunder shippers box or custom padded envelope along with the BT Luxe Premium Velvet storage cinch bag.
All returns must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery (i.e. your return shipment must be postmarked within 30 days from receipt of your order).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any complimentary gifts are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

BT LUXE strives to make each of our customers happy, and we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and quality products.
*Exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis at the Designer's discretion due to special edition items and product availability.
